Starbucks' Banoffee Pie

Last week, when me and my husband was still in the hospital, I bought one of my favorite pie in the world, Starbucks' Banoffee pie. I told my husband to taste it and he liked it too!

The first time I tasted this oh so yummy pie was back in 2009 when my co-worker ordered this when we were having team breakfast at Starbucks. I loved the taste especially the crunchy crust and the banana too! It is best eaten when cold, I swear!

I think this is always a sold out at Starbucks because when I bought it last week, there were only 2 left and it was just lunch time.

I want to eat this again! Banoffee pie here costs P120.00, and it is so worth the price!

Zagu

I super love Zagu! You can spot this at all SM Malls. I super love Cafe Latte flavor and Hazelnut Cappuccino. I also love their jellies and pearls so much!

This grande size you see in the photo is just for P48.00! If you want to add the jellies and pearls, you just have to add P6.00!

Adobo Connection

I was at SM Sta. Mesa last night to buy food for me and my husband. I was looking for dessert and I ran into this food shop called Adobo Connection. I saw a banner which says "Leche Flan turon" so I got so curious how it taste. So I bought 4 pieces of this Turon, 2 pieces for P29.00 is not bad.

When I arrived at the hospital, I showed it to my husband and he tasted it after eating his meal. He said it was delicious!

I am not sure where this food shop is available. But if you are in Quezon City area, it's in SM Sta. Mesa. It is near Red Ribbon Bakeshop.

Goldilocks' Fresh Lumpia

I am a super fan of Goldilocks' Fresh Lumpia. I like the sauce especially and the veggies they put inside the wrap. It has ubod, carrots, tofu, meat slices and lettuce on it. The sauce has nuts on it too and it's sweet, a perfect sauce for a Fresh Lumpia.

This was my dinner today here at the hospital as my husband is confined for surgery tomorrow morning.

I also bought their breads, they are so yummy too!

Goldilocks are located widely in SM Supermalls and other major locations.

Karate Kid

Last night, we went to SM Sucat to get the headset I left on the package counter on Saturday. I was craving for California Maki and told my husband I want to eat Maki. So we decided to have dinner at Karate Kid.

This was not the first time we ate here and since this was just decided out of the blue, I don't have my camera with me (I don't own a camera phone). So I took photos of what we ate at Karate Kid's website.

Here's what we ordered:

As I've said before, we are not a Japanese food fan but we super love Cali Maki!!! Try it for yourself! And lots of wasabe please! Haha!
