Pork & Corn

Here's another dish that is so easy and yummy. If you love corn like me, this is a must try!



What you need:
1/2 kilo liempo, sliced in 2 inches
1 can corn, drained
1 onion, sliced
salt & pepper
oil for cooking


How to prepare:
- Marinade liempo with salt and pepper, then fry until brown. Drain and set aside.
- Heat oil and saute onion until translucent.
- Add corn and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the fried pork until thoroughly reheated.
- Serve hot.
