Dynamite

Let me share with you one of my most favorite dish ever! It is so easy and very yummy too! We call it Dynamite because of the taste, since we're using green chili (the one we use for sinigang). 


Here's what you needed:

10 pcs. siling pang sigang, seeded
10 pcs. lumpia wrapper
1/4 kg ground pork
20 pcs. sliced cheese

For the dip:
5 tbsp. mayonnaise
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. calamansi juice
dash of pepper

How to prepare:

- Once the siling pang sigang has been seeded, put ground pork and 2 pcs. sliced cheese.
- Wrap in lumpia wrapper.
- Fry.

- For the dip, mix all ingredients well.
