Tofu Sisig

I want to share with you today the most popular dish in the forum I am in. They call it tofu sisig. This is so easy to prepare and so yummy and healthy! I tried cooking this for our church last year and a lot of people liked the dish. They even asked for the recipe! :)

Here's what you need:

5 pcs tofu, fried and cute into cubes
2 onions, chopped
6 siling pang sigang, sliced
3 sachets of oyster sauce
2 tsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp salt
dash of pepper
2 tbsp of sugar
5 tbsp of mayonnaise
5 tbsp of water

How to prepare:

- Fry tofu until light brown then drain. Cut into cubes.
- Mix mayo, oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, pepper, sugar and water in a bowl.
- Saute onion and sili then add tofu.
- Add oyster sauce mixture and let it simmer.
- Adjust according to taste then serve.

You may also add ground pork if you'd like. This is going to be our dinner for tonight by the way. :)

Happy Cooking!
